10x10-foot booth includes:

EXHIBITOR FEES

  • Early bird rate: $ 2,195 before February 6, 2017
  • Advance rate: $2,495 after February 6, 2017
  • All space must be paid for in full by March 15, 2017

CANCELLATION OF SPACE

Cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to ASCE Show Management. A refund of the total amount paid less a $100 processing fee per 10x10-foot reserved space will be made if cancellation is received before March 15, 2017.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after March 15.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Included in your space rental fee is 1 full Conference Registration, 1 Exhibit Booth Personnel Registration, and 1 opportunity to purchase an additional Exhibit Booth Personnel badge at the reduced rate of $250.

The Exhibitor Registration Form (PDF) must be completed and returned to registrations@asce.org or via fax to (866) 902-5593 no later than July 5, 2017. After July 5, there will be a $50 service processing fee.

SHIPPING

Shipping information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Please do not ship directly to the hotel; unauthorized shipments may be refused.
